The Hub NWI — Attraction in Winfield

I've love the idea of makerspaces. A 'shared workshop' where people can build, create, and learn together.

I would love to learn what this place offers! But the website won't tell you much.

The home page is about "3 MS Word pages" worth of scrolling to present a paragraph-amount of words, the rest are scroll animations, empty space and background design.

The "About" tab is a just 6 buzzword sentences, one page no scrolling. "Express creativity! Collaborate and learn! Seize the moment!" it's not about the place at all.

It took me 2 minutes to view the entire site and I still don't know what services, tools and machines you have. You have 3D printers and 'coding'. You have a CNC machine apparently? Thanks for letting me know other reviewer. Does it cost anything to join? Can I just come in and use the machines? What are all the machines you have? Cuz the website doesn't have all.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting The Hub NWI, and I must say, their facility is nothing short of impressive. They offer a diverse array of top-notch technology for anyone interested in working with lasers, 3D printers, woodworking tools, sublimation equipment, and Cricut machines. Whether you're a seasoned maker or just starting out, The Hub NWI provides an excellent range of resources to bring your creative projects to life. Fun events and learning opportunities! Some of the recent events included learning to frost cookies, creating resin wine glasses, and looking forward to the High Tea the HUB will be hosting. They have memberships to utilize the many crafting tools that I would not have access to normally. There is several spaces containing 3D printers, varius lasers, sublimation, sewing room, and more. There is a gaming space (board games, card games, rpg). Also a podcast room. So much happening here and they have free tours of the space.
