Many reviews boasted of the pond. It is sized more like a lake. It is a back water environment and there are no shoreline houses. Very peaceful and beautiful. Great vistas of Bromley and Stratton Mountain. Bring plenty of water as this is not a State Park. There is a port-a potty. Boat ramp and parking lot are very good. Nice group of folks kayaking and hiking. This is a definite return for us. Husband...
