The first two days were great! Atmosphere was good, staff very good, gnats a bit heavy. Monday rolled around— I was camped near the entrance. A gas power washer came in and started power washing about 20 blue recycling bins, inside and out. Hours of harsh noise. Three garbage trucks rolled through at different times and there were many dumpsters. The big (very loud) lawn mower fired up and stayed in the entrance area, near my site, for over an hour. Trucks came and went and left their diesel motors running while they were parked near my site making the air stink and the noise constant. Setup for an event that begins Thursday started Sunday night and went throughout Monday in the same area. That noise didn't end until after 11 pm. This morning the machines started at 8:30 am and I’m glad to be leaving. I understand the need for maintenance and cleaning yet for the loud noise and chaos to run from 8:30 am to 11 pm was very negative and took away from the prior two days.
