Posting this in behalf of my husband and myself. It pains me to give this review right now, the wedding space is absolutely beautiful and my experience was amazing up until the day before my wedding and wedding day. All of my communication was with Kaitlyn up until the day before my wedding. My wedding coordinator was Lisa, who was nice but was not with me all day as she stated she would be. I was constantly looking for and couldn’t find her. Then she would show up rushing and disappeared again. I met with Kaitlyn and reviewed an outline but when I met with my wedding coordinator, Lisa, she was asking me similar questions when I was under the impression everything was discussed, but instead she said she didn’t receive information or the form she was reviewing. I would’ve provided the information in advance had I known it was going to be reviewed again. I think the coordinator needs to be included in the final meeting with Kaitlyn & future couples. The order for my reception that I initially discussed with Kaitlyn was not followed. I would have brought this with me had I known it was going to be reviewed again. We were supposed to do our dances first followed by speeches, the reverse happened. My maid and matron of honor had an entrance planned and it makes me so sad it didn’t happen. Even if there was a case where I might’ve misunderstood something, Lisa could’ve explained, instead of making a statement and storming off, for ex: my MC shared the order and still when Lisa came, she just told me they’re having their salads they should be doing the speech right now, and left immediately before I was able to get a word in. Instead she could have discussed it with me to ensure I understood & that I can relay the information to my DJ & my MOH/Best Man. I also felt she was annoyed for a good chunk of the time, I think it could’ve felt more supportive. I was initially scheduled for another quick review, I had to reschedule it, because life happens and I was stuck in traffic. I arrived on time for the 2nd appt but no one told me where exactly to meet Lisa so I went in through the main entrance, a very nice lady who was decorating for my wedding stopped me & began speaking to me. The entire time I thought I was talking to my wedding coordinator, unfortunately all that time I spent speaking to her I was supposed to be speaking to Lisa at the chapel which shortened our time. I think in a situation like that, they can set a call or extend to ensure clear communication or ask for the information in advance. When I was done with hair and makeup, I realized nothing was taken care of. Vicki also wasn’t there for most of the time. I also had bins labeled with explicit instructions, Lisa asked me what some things were for. While I appreciate the question, I was pretty descriptive on my labels, for ex, she asked me what the pens were for and I wrote it on the label what they were intended for. Every bin had an outline of items and what they were for. In a meeting I also shared I didn’t want the lanterns and I would only use the pillars for the ceremony, my florist arrived and they were still there. So I had to let Vicki know, I appreciated she took care of it. I was the only wedding on this day, I don’t know why it didn’t flow as it should. I wish I had a more positive experience on my wedding day, I worked so hard on all of the details. I could never relive this moment again and it makes me so sad. A lot of my guests were super cold throughout the night. The lights weren’t not always dim for the dancing. My husband is upset we never received our 20 min alone time without interruptions. Otherwise I heard positive reviews about the food, waiters/waitresses, and cocktail hour. If I could provide a review on just my interactions with Kaitlyn, it would be a 10/10. We think wedding coordinators should be included in the...

I want to say first that my wedding was nothing short of amazing. Everything was beautiful. I received so many compliments about how good the food was. Everyone loved it and couldn’t believe the amount of food. All of my decorations were set up beautifully and for the most part exactly what we wanted. My maitre d, Paula, was perfect. She was really nice. She made sure I had anything and everything I wanted. I say “I” because my husband said she never brought him drinks all night. I liked Paula. At the end of the night she sent me home with the food I wanted. Before the wedding I dealt with mostly Dianna. She is the person who I did all of my planning with, literally every meeting, every phone call, and I didn’t see her the entire night. She really is the sweetest, and I enjoyed planning with her. But at the same time she added a lot of extra stress. When we first met she told me they had certain decorations that I really wanted. When I went for my 6 week appointment, she tells me they don’t have them. Gail, who does the decorating, did go and buy something close to what I wanted. It was so close to my wedding and out my budget, I just went with it. Dianna also told me the photo booth came with the room. I found out months later that it was an extra add price. When I called Brigalias the lady I spoke to was so nasty and unprofessinal with me. For the amount of money we are paying to have our wedding there, I should never be spoken to the way I was. I feel like they promise you things to get you to sign the contract. I think they are absolutely terrible with communication. They changed bakeries and didn’t tell us. I found out when I called the bakery to schedule my tasting. They added a new ballroom and a barn. We heard about it online. They didn’t tell us. Everything I wanted was very rustic, them adding a barn may have changed my ceremony space. I think a phone call or email, to all the brides, should have been sent. After my wedding, and speaking with our guests, we were told the staff was really rude. More than 3 people said they had an issue with a bartender. A few other people said their waiter/waitress was rude too. They also said they ran out of shrimp cocktail and lobster tails. Someone told us that they threw out our favors at the end of the night. They were live plants, I would have liked them. We had guests not show up, for paying the money we paid, we should have been given their meals. Like I said everything was beautiful and it really was the best day of my life. But if I knew what I know now 2 years ago when I picked brigalias, I probably...

Where do I begin???

Yes, Brigalias is a beautiful venue but unfortunately that’s where the positives begin and end.

My experience with Brigalias (396 Williamstown Road in Sicklerville) was honestly horrendous. This company claims to be about family values but I did not find that to be the case. There were MULTIPLE complaints that were voiced to me by guests that attended; in addition to the horrors my husband and I experienced firsthand.

The Groom had a stain on his suit and emergently needed to take care of it before our first look, while he was tending to the issue (in a secondary cocktail hour bathroom) he was told by an employee that he couldn't use the restroom to take care of the problem and was rushed out. He was so upset; and distraught over the fact that the employee completely disregarded him and did not prioritize his wellbeing especially in such a crucial moment. This is a memory that he will have forever.

My maid of honor was served undercooked steak and asked for a replacement meal of salmon to which she was given a hard time she was actually told " you get what you get". (The server did not even ask her what temperature she wanted her steak.) This is after I was told by Kaitlyn that guests were allowed "seconds". Side note: (When we initially signed the contract with this venue we were promised an impromptu tasting…went back on their word. So you don’t even know how the food TASTES until it’s too late. )

During the setup period two employees could be heard loudly screaming profanities at one another one of them being Diana. This made my team extremely uncomfortable and it was purely unprofessional and disrespectful.

Both Day of Coordinators provided completely abandoned our event right after the ceremony was completed and were never heard or seen again.

The list could go on sadly.

But let this be a warning. Always pay attention to the behavior of the staff more than anything else. The venue’s beauty doesn’t matter if you are not treated with respect and kindness. After spending almost $30,000.00 we have TONS of regret working...
