Frazer Point is one of the best spots in Acadia to explore a tide pool for people with limited mobility. The tide pools are about 50 yards from the parking lot. Bring a hiking stick for stability to help cross the rocks and then use the stick to move aside the dense matts of seagrass to find crabs, periwinkles and shrimp. The large rocks provide the best footing and it's a reasonably gentle slope which is much easier to cross compared to Schoodic Point (extreme heights & waves) and Wonderland & Ship Harbor (which both have a 0.7 mile hike from parking to the tide pools).
