I'm lucky enough to live close to this nature preserve and enjoy all the trails during all the seasons! There are activities here for children in the summer and during the fall the colors are beautiful and you can help out by tapping trees for maple syrup season. Come and explore and enjoy nature

We were passing through, and stopped for a walk along the Short Trail. Spooky Halloween decor was on display. Please wear strong insect repellent, as we pulled 15 ticks off our clothes. The shoes were treated with Permethrin, and we did our best to avoid tall grass.

Kids enjoyed catching and identifying things from the pond. There's trails and different activities available from time to time... always wise to reach out and check their schedules

I really wanted to like this camp. The location was super convenient to where we live. I signed my 3 and 5 year old up to a group that said they would be going to be seeing animals and exploring in creeks everyday (which was totally up their ally) and unfortunately that wasn’t the case. I even changed my older son into the 5-7 year old group which was supposed to be more exciting and they still had him inside doing arts and crafts on a beautiful day! My 3 year old cried after the second day begging me not to drop him off. It felt more like a daycare than a fun camp for kids. Very disappointing! :-( I will definitely be doing more...

During maple sap season this is the place to go. Watch Harry make delicious maple syrup on the spot...then go on a guided tour of maple lore and learn how it all comes together. No real "New Englander" can rightly wear that badge without an understanding of what goes in the bottle that makes pancakes taste the...

We did the Whittmore area. The trails are very well marked but portions poorly maintained. Parts are under water, necessitating detours into the woods, some are blocked by downed trees, again meaning you need to go cross country. If the trails were better maintained it would be a much...
