It has been over 20 years since I last visited Pakim Pond. Back then, it was a recreational swimming area with a playground and bathhouse. Now, the lake seems so tiny compared to Back then, maybe because the damn has closed off the water flow, but I'm not sure. There is ample picnic tables and charcoal grills that are free to use. There is also a bathroom and a nice pavilion with some picnic tables under it. There are still hiking paths around the lake and I really enjoyed bird watching from various scenic points...
