Our family has ordered a 1/4 twice now. Both orders were easy to arrange and pickup from the butcher shop. Meat was excellent as expected. The hamburger is top notch, but the steaks are what keep us coming back. Great food, great people, thanks guys.

Online it says it is 93/7 hamburger meat and it absolutely that. Never any grease to take off! We have ordered 3 times now from them and their hamburger, roasts, steaks, etc are THE BEST and is honestly the quality of a high-end restaurant. The only regret you would have is if you did NOT order from them. They are A+ at our house and anybody else we have shared...

This was our 1st time ordering beef, we went with a 1/4 cow. The process couldn’t have been easier, from placing the order to the butcher walking us thru the process & our options on cuts, but best of all is the beef itself. Never knew there could be such a difference in taste between store bought & ‘farm fresh’ beef. Thank you...

I have purchased beef from Salonek Farms for a few years now and will never buy it anywhere else. It is the best tasting hamburger I've ever found. I am pretty particular about my hamburger and there is none better. Their roasts and steaks are outstanding too. They just have better flavor than any beef I've ever had. Buy...
