We went to La Bodega to order 25 lbs of carne asada for our daughters graduation party. We actually went in to make to order. The carnicero asked if it was for tacos(diced) and we said no. Thin cut for cooking on the grill. I sent my adult kids to pick up on the day of our party and the meat is They explained that we ordered and need cuts of meat for grilling and they said no, this is what we have. This is what was ordered. This is what is written on the order. Meanwhile my bilingual kids can hear the butchers in back saying they messed up the order. The lady in charge refused to change the meat. The kids payed and brought what was offered because something is better than nothing and we had guests to feed. I called and spoke to the lady in charge and she too refused to change our order to what was needed. Mind you there was no language barrier because we speak fluent Spanish and the butchers are Spanish speakers. Customer service was a ZERO. I guess you get what they want to give you, not what you ask...
