We are now Stewart Farms’ biggest fans! The strawberry fields were absolutely bursting with strawberries and many of them were the biggest we’d ever seen. Originally we grabbed one bucket but the strawberries were so great, we grabbed a second bucket and barely made it down half one row before both buckets were completely full. At only $15 a bucket, what a steal! All of the staff were so kind and helpful. They had a greenhouse completely stocked with so many varieties of plants, flowers, and herbs at an affordable price. Then they had a little store where you pay for your strawberries and plants that had any soil or fertilizer you may need for your new plants (how handy!), cute mugs and dish towels, all kinds of dressings and marinades, and more. They also had some of the best strawberry flavored baked goods by the register that we’ve ever had, all made by the farm. Definitely get the strawberry white chocolate chip cookies and the strawberry banana pudding!! They are a 100/10! We’ll be back next weekend for more of the delicious strawberries, at least three of those cookies, and a quart of the banana pudding! You must visit this farm and try...
Read moreGreat pumpkins that you can cut off the vine!! They have wheel barrows there to carry the pumpkins & let you borrow clippers to cut the pumpkins off the vine. Nice selection of pumpkins. They had info on how pumpkins grow. We had so much fun! The have a wonderful tractor ride that guess through the woods in the shaded area & has all sorts of characters (superheros, sesame Street, camping guys, etc) out of hay bales & too about 30min to do. It was $4pp over age of 2. Do this one as soon as you get there, the line got long by the time we were done & we got there a few minutes after opening. They have a corn maze which is huge. It is $7 pp over the age of 6. My 3yo got tired halfway through & needed to be carried. It too us about an hour to get out (& somehow we missed half the clues, but still made it out). They have a display on need & info on how bees make honey & sold honey in the front area. They had portopotties. They had food available. I should have had the kids share a meal cause the portions were large. Feed 3 adults & 2 kids for $36 & took a full meal home. Our group of five spent just a bit over$100 with lunch & pumpkins for...
Read moreIt was ok. I'll start off by saying do not get the pumpkin pie! It's over half whipped cream. Never in my life have I seen something called a pumpkin pie that's not all pumpkin in the middle. I just wish they said it was whipped cream filled! And it's $15! The pumpkin bread is really good though! Wish I got two of those! Pumpkins in the patch were plentiful, even for being the end of the season. Corn maze was fun, but finding the numbers for the clues was near impossible (and we weren't the only ones having trouble with it). Couldn't find the farm animals either, but it was getting late when we got there so didn't bother asking where they were. Food was pretty good, don't even worry with the donuts though. They were dry and just didn't taste very good. The funnel fries were very good though! All in all it was fun enough, my 5 year old had a good time so that's all that really matters. The pie thing really...
