Review of Fly High Trampoline Park– Wood Cross -June 14, 2025 Unfortunately, our experience celebrating my son's birthday at Fly High at Wood Cross was disappointing. The host assigned to our party never showed up or checked in to see what we needed. On top of that, the air conditioning inside the facility wasn’t working, and no one seemed to know why or how to fix it. The indoor temperature was around 81°F, which made it very uncomfortable for both kids and adults. If you're planning to host a party or visit this location, I strongly recommend double-checking in advance that everything is working properly, especially the AC and staffing. What should have been a fun and memorable day turned out to be frustrating and uncomfortable.

Definitely won’t be back. Not only is the pricing high, the website and the television inside (see pic) state their daily specials but when I said I would like the Tuesday deal, the teenager informed me they don’t apply in summer. I could’ve argued that the first day of summer isn’t until June 20th, but she felt their painters tape sign seemed to invalidate the website and TV. Either honor the deal, or update your website/internal displays. It’s not that hard, the teenager employees could probably help you do it within 5 minutes. Also, teenage workers definitely aren’t checking restrooms. women’s restroom needed attention.

Amazing find! After shopping around for birthday party options for my 10 year old we took a chance on this place after not having been before and it was awesome! I was able to get most of my questions answered by phone beforehand and booking and check in was super easy. Ended up bringing all the girls in my daughter’s school class and they were busy the whole time! They loved exploring the place and I thought they were especially brave for going down those steep slides! My younger kids enjoyed it as well. We will definitely make this a regular next time we’re planning a party or kids’ night out!

This is a new fun trampoline & other fun activities park. Yes, there are trampolines but, I think what I liked best, was they had lots of other things to play on. As someone who doesn't enjoy trampolines, (I am a medical person and have seen too many injuries). I also have a kid that doesn't like trampolines; due to getting his leg broken on a trampoline about 2 years ago. It was fun that they had other neat Activities. They had a neat very gradual height that had a rainbow light going down it. Lots of bright colors all over the place. They had But, they also have a very tall almost straight down slide, for all you adrenaline junkies. 🤪 They have hard foam hanging chairs (almost an obstacle course?) that you could hang on to, and move around on. Some neat hard foam seats. that you could jump around on (sort of a lily pad thing?) It looked like they maybe had a sort of playground thing in the back corner. I am not really doing justice to this place. I don't always explain things very well. I was watching everyone on the second story. I think everyone should try this new place. It is wonderful that it is in Woods Cross & right next to Bountiful. All of the parents and I mentioned how nice it was to NOT have to drive into SLC or past, or having to head North to Layton. It is sort of in a Business area. Very nice new metal & brick (I think) buildings. We came in the evening so it was a bit hard to see everything. It is in a very nice area, with a water wise landscape, good parking and ample lighting outside in the parking area. Something a woman has to be aware of sadly. I don't know about pricing as it was a Birthday party for a school friend. If anyone has light, or sound sensitivities, this is NOT a good place for you. Or if you get overwhelmed with too much stimuli. As someone who has a family, that struggles with these sorts of things. I think for most families this would be a great place...

The facility is new and has quite a few features. We have been to several trampoline parks and we like that this one is nearby and has a good mix of things for elementary age kids as well as some things our littlest child can enjoy.

PSA FOR PARENTS: if you pay for a 1 or 2-hour time slot and then decide you want to do a monthly pass after that, they WILL NOT let you apply your payment towards the pass.

My interactions with staff have been somewhat frustrating, but it’s not because of individuals it feels more like a training issue that management needs to solve. The staff are all pretty young and it just seems like they haven’t all received the same training because I have gotten conflicting information when I have called to ask things vs. been there in person and talked to someone. For example a staff member on the phone told me I could apply my payment for the 2 hours to a monthly pass for my son, but when I came in person to pick him up and do that, the staff on location said they weren’t allowed to do that.

Other than the staff training issue my review is positive.

Oh and pack your own snacks if you don’t want your kids to get hangry because hot food is not available yet until they finish getting a food handlers permit for the location. They do have candy and pre-packaged stuff you can buy...

A couples of things: As I walked in everything seemed fine, until a lady with blonde hair and pink camo Nike sweater (appeared to be the owner or someone related to the owner, I also saw her in the GM office) came over to my kids while they were putting on their grip socks, gave them a dirty glance and directed them to the garbage cans to throw away their wrappers from the socks as they were in the middle of putting them on. We are not dirty people nor attempted to leave our trash on the ground. They were simply in the middle of putting their socks on. Their shoe section was filled with previous dirty and dropped food. That lady needs to stop making assumptions and be more professional, or have her employees keep a continuous clean environment, especially running a KIDS business.

I ordered some food and the teenagers that she has working for her gave me a BURNT corn dog and tried to brush it off that it was cooked from the inside, they also gave me undercooked, frozen pizza and it took forever.

I am very disappointed with the people running this place. They could use some etiquette and professionalism. I went for their grand opening with good intentions and...
