There was a main pumpkin patch that everyone was going to which we also did initially till we went on the hayride and saw another pumpkin patch down the path more with even bigger white exotic like pumpkins with no one else around. So we asked if we could walk down that way and the farmer said no problem but while we were there it almost felt like we were doing something we weren't supposed to be doing cause there was so many of these big pumpkins and there was no one else remotely near us. Well we didn't want to be greedy so we just grabbed the one that we thought was perfect cause it didn't have no dents in it then while dragging it all the way back we almost felt like they were going to be upset cause we went to the other pumpkin patch that no one else went to but I was just thankful because when we got back they weren't upset at all but instead very pleased that we found such a perfectly shaped pumpkin. The younger gentleman even said that if he knew we were going down there that he would've let me take my car there cause it was a pretty long hike and the pumpkin we got was pretty heavy. But oh well the hike was part of the journey and we had a cart to pull it in atleast. I know that we will be definitely be going back there again when we need to get more pumpkins next year cause that place was all around a good place to visit. It even had a corn maze but we didn't get to experience it because we spent a longtime out in the fields gathering all of our pumpkins and were pretty tired by then but I can't imagine it being any less of a wonderful experience. Eventhough we didn't get to experience it my fiancé and me still had such a wonderful day and I would recommend this to anyone that loves the outdoors and is in need of pumpkins because this place had it all and the prices of the pumpkins were very fair also. They run between $5-$10 and the last one we got was atleast 2 to 3 times bigger then our biggest pumpkin and they only charged us $12 for it so we were very pleased with our purchase. A great place to take the family and have an outdoors...
Read moreI absolutely love Carpenter's! I bring my kids here every year to pick out pumpkins. We always love going through the corn maze and I especially love how they added the questions in to help you get through it. They even have some pets to look at! This year I seen sheep, goat, Hens, chickens, bunny, pig. And besides my favorite part, which is the pumpkin patch.. they also have great spots to take pictures! I wish my kids would look and sit still for a picture though! They didn't have the hayrides running on Thursday when we went but I know they only do then certain days anyway. Not sure if they are or aren't doing the hayrides this year due...
Read moreMy only issue was the woman who runs it coming up and taking my 4 month old baby out of my arms without asking and holding her for about 20 minutes showing her to everyone (we had other places to be and were on our way out. Plus you don’t touch other people’s kids) my boyfriend also said she kissed her and after reading about the babies dying from being kissed this is scary for me. I absolutely love the farm! It’s great! Might even come...
