The saddle between Timber and Telegraph peaks is an absolutely beautiful place. In one direction, you have views toward Telegraph Wash and Icehouse Canyon. In the other direction, you can look out over the Mojave. The place is filled with various pine trees and low-growing manzanita, which evoke a sense of banzai trees.
