Tomasello Winery Tasting Room — Attraction in Wyckoff

5 stars all the way! Wow this place was amazing. We got the groupon special that's how we found out about this place. We were in NJ area for the wknd and decided to give it a try and wow were we glad we did. We were blown away with the service and the wine.

The groupon deal was the best deal ever and great promotion for their business since I never heard of this farm/wine tasting establishment. You def get your moneys worth with the groupon and get to take 2 souvenir glasses home along with 2 bottles of wine for 2 people at the end.

We had a great selection of wines to choose from the menu. 5 wines each person comes with crackers and cheese. The woman that helped us , sorry cant remember her name, was so nice and friendly to us the whole time and really helped us pick out wines catered to us. She was nice and always with a smile and very accommodating and told us about the history of the familys vineyards/business etc.

One thing is you need a reservation for wine tasting which I didn't know but that day that we just happened to walk in there was a cancellation and she was nice enough to take us in after she had a spot for us.

I would definitely come back here again and I cant wait to try their other locations and their vineyards.

I recommend this place 100%. The wine tasting room is connected to a supermarket/farms market which is also very nice to buy local produce etc..they also have an outdoor petting zoo as well. Nice ample parking and nice location. I would be coming back for...

While browsing for a visit to a local winery, Tomasello at Abma's Farm popped up and immediately caught my eye. Went directly on their website to learn a little bit more about it and I was sold. Took my girlfriend on a Monday afternoon to avoid large weekend crowds which worked out great since we had the entire wine tasting section to ourselves. Upon arrival Pamela was extremely welcoming, friendly and so helpful with making suggestions and or recommendations of great deals to take advantage of. Lori was our assigned person to walk us through the whole wine tasting experience and boy was she great. Her full knowledge of the many different types of wines and patience explaining so detailed every single one of them made it easy for us to choose from their large variety. I strongly recommend this cozy little spot for a very pleasant visit with access to the Farm market, the zoo and also a gorgeous well kept greenhouse within walking distance. As wine enthusiasts who were looking forward to celebrating a special birthday weekend, we were excited to try this winery and while the wine itself was enjoyable and the tasting portions generous, the overall experience left us disappointed. The setting had potential, but the atmosphere was quickly soured by the demeanor of the one hosting us. From the start, her energy felt curt and strained, and rather than creating a welcoming environment, it seemed like we were being made to carry the weight of her personal stress and it was uncomfortable and rude. It’s unfortunate, and we also traveled a distance to be here. This visit had the potential to be a lovely memory, but the lack of warmth and professionalism hindered the experience in a way we can’t overlook. We truly hope this was just an off day and not reflective of the overall hospitality here but sadly, it did take away from what should have been a joyful occasion.
