I took my wife to visit for her first time as yet, this was my second time being on the property. This time was highly unfortunate in regards to dealing with Brenda at the front. She was training Miss Gale who was absolutely incredible and very personable, unlike Brenda. It is unfortunate for Brenda that I do not look like the average guest who comes into In Sync, apparently based on her stares and lack of instruction on what to do next which was to fill out a waiver. Which again, I have done before but the staring was so loud she couldn't form a sentence to help speed us along. My wife went to the restroom and she told Miss Gale that I was waiting on my "friend" said in a condescending tone.
We listened to all of the rules and regulations so we could be on our way. As we turned to leave ol Brenda again yelled at us that we didn't know the rules yet and to come back. To which we said, yes we do and we've sat here listening to them again and again, can we go now?
Finally we were released. You would have thought the wild animals were not in cages and it was the wild wild west out there, but again because this wasn't my first time, I knew that wasn't the case.
I hate that this was my wife's experience as her first time because now she doesn't want to return back when the Texas heat cools off and we can spend more time there. I hope Miss Gale sticks around, she really did love my Whataburger attire and their burgers too. Thank you for treating me like a normal (because I am) patron in your...
Read moreWe had an amazing experience at the Insync Exotics Easter Egg Hunt! From the moment we arrived, everything was thoughtfully planned and family-oriented. One of the best parts of the event was how they separated the kids by age group during the egg hunt. This made it so much easier for the little ones to participate without being rushed or overwhelmed by the older kids. Every child had a real chance to enjoy the hunt, and it created such a positive and inclusive environment. After the egg hunt, we explored the sanctuary, and it was truly eye-opening. Getting to see the exotic animals up close was an incredible experience. You could immediately sense how well they are cared for—the staff and volunteers clearly love what they do and are committed to the animals' well-being. We learned that the cost to care for the animals is surprisingly high, and it gave us a deeper appreciation for the work Insync Exotics is doing. It’s not just a place to visit—it’s a place that deserves support. This wasn’t just another Easter event—it was meaningful, educational, and fun for the whole family. The mix of seasonal fun and wildlife awareness made it a standout experience, and we left feeling grateful and inspired. Big thanks to everyone at Insync Exotics for hosting such a thoughtful event. We’ll absolutely be back and will be spreading the word to friends and family. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a unique and heartwarming...
Read moreMy experience unfortunately wasn’t the best but that was because of my 2 year old! I decided to go during nap time which was a mistake on my part. I paid $12 for myself and was there about 15 minutes total. I still felt the $12 regardless of the time I spent was worth it. My son started pulling fits so I decided it was best we leave so he didn’t disturb the cats. Had nothing to do with the place or staff nor did they ever make me feel like I needed to leave! I gave them 5 stars because if my child allowed it, I would have enjoyed my time. It was really hot out so I didn’t see many cats out but I expected that. As far as some reviews talking about the staff being rude, I didn’t get that vibe at all. They were all out there cleaning and caring for the enclosures and no one was ever rude to me. Any staff I came across were really nice to both me and my 2 year old. I read signs that said any rules about parking and such as they make it pretty clear. I will say next visit I go, I will go without a small child that needs a nap and also when it’s a tad bit cooler out. The cats looked very well taken care of. Once I paid, the staff let’s you just walk around and stay as long as you want (lots of signs and stuff talking about all the cats as you walk around) Overall if I am judging the place/staff and not my 2 year old I would...
