We found this campground while making and RV trip south out of Idaho and into Colorado. The great thing is it's first come first served and there are 8 sites with electricity. It's 50,30,15 amp at the pedestals. Then a bunch of sites without any utilities. We got an electric sure on October 1 st. Decided to stay 2 nights and explore Buffalo on the second day. The 8 electric sites are on a slope, but the county has leveled the driveway part where your RV will park and there's gravel under it. Our site, #6, want wide enough to allow our steps to open at the same level as our tires, which caused a problem for us. "Watch out for that last step it's a dousey..." But I blocked up some did so we could get in and out. The sites are big. We're in a 37 ft 5 th wheel and we parked our tow vehicle right in front. I'm betting that in the summer this is a busy place. Price is $15 no electricity, and $20 with electricity. Can't hear I 90. Good att but...
Read moreGreat stop for an overnight or a few days. 8 sites have electricity but there is no water or rv dump at location. Be sure to come prepared as nearby campstore charged $15 to fill our water tank & another $15 to dump. Park fees are $15 for dry camping & $20 for 30/50 amp electric. Boat launch on-site and great little swimming beach in the day use & picnic area. Paved roads & gravelled pull-ins. Level-ish. Each site has a picnic table; some are covered and one or two have some trees for shade. No showers or flush toilets. Some of the sites are small but several have side-by space to park toads or toys. This park doesn't take advanced reservations & payment is cash...
Read moreMike sell-Potts is a great campground. Big rigs are ok. You pay as you come in. Self pay Station. No water or dump but you can do that at the connection station in Buffalo. You can take showers at the Y or the community pool. There are 8 electric sites but they don’t have the best views. The campground has lots of walking trails and most park have spacious sites. Many sites right on the lake. You do have to pay 15 dollars to put a boat or kayak in. Trout fishing looks good. Very close to Buffalo. Just a few miles away. The price to stay is very reasonable considering the cost of RV parks around here! And they don’t have beautiful...
