Pratt's Brook Park — Attraction in Yarmouth

Decent lil 9 hole for the price with decently sized pars and certainly not unkempt but actual decent up keep for... no cost--you can't beat it for around here honestly (in comparison to any of the free courses around the Yarmouth, Cumberland, Freeport area).
