Great views. Awesome summit views that you can drive to. There are countless hiking trails there as well. Mountain bike trails are very popular here and we'll used. Views from the summit are in every direction and spectacular. The day we were there the weather was perfect, clear and low humidity made for no haze views for 70 miles, and more. Too bad the fire tower is so dilapidated and not useable. Would have been even more spectacular views. Interesting there are remnants of a ski slope with a tow lift.

Très belles sorties en famille. Il y a un stationnement au pied de la colline et plusieurs petits sur la route qui monte jusqu'au sommet. Il y a un grand parking au sommet ( pratique pour les personnes qui veulent profiter de la vue mais qui ont de la difficulté à marcher) La vue en haut est intéressante et à quasiment 360deg. Il y a des petites maquettes qui indiquent dans quelles directions trouver ces places et des tables de picnic Le centre de connaissances en haut était fermé et on a malheureusement pas pu en apprendre plus sur cet ancien centre de ski. Il y a des toilettes au stationnement en bas et en haut. Cela prend environ 20 -25 min pour monter au point de vue depuis le stationnement en bas. Le niveau est facile. Une belle balade dans la forêt. Les chemins sont cependant plein de racines et de cailloux, mais en regardant où l'on marche ça ne pose pas de problème. On est redescendu par l'autre côté et pris la trail "ring" pour revenir au stationnement du bas. Il y a beaucoup d'autres trail qui s y connectent pour de plus longues balades. On a pas vraiment été importuné par des moustiques ou autres insectes, ceci dit on avait mis de l anti moustique avant de partir, mais malgré tout rien qui nous a tourné autour ( mi août 2022). A short trip for most all of us on the Seacoast and there is a wonderful 360° Vista from the top with a learning center and learning kioaks around the trails. It's a beautiful place to visit if you haven't been there is a really neat feature; but I will let it be a suprise just go to the wooden circular deck at the top. Good for all ages and is handicap accessible even the walking trails are said to be rated for wheel chair access.

Wonderful little spot off of route 1. Great views of the surrounding area and overall just a nice park. On the peak there is a deck that has miniatures of the surrounding landmarks and the elevation and distance from the mountain. Overall, if you are on route 1 and have a little extra time this is a great thing to do. Side note: there is great service because of the cell tower that is literally Right next to you.
