York Ballpark Complex — Attraction in York

The game 3 days ago I left before dark so I can't give a comment. The game before that it was dark when we left and was promised a ride on the gator but no one was around. There were no lights on the sidewalks or parking lot.....VERY DANGEROUS. I don't understand why when the games are over why we can't exit the gate that's locked....I'm 68 years old and would really appreciate it. Another concern is the safely of the playground. There was no lights on in that area....perfect place to grab a child being so close to the open entrance and parent not realize for an hour! I know money is a problem but I sure would like to see an adult on that bench by the entrance with a radio or phone to order a gator for elderly person and to keep an eye on those...

As for the field and complex it is an excellent place for teams to play. The great down fall of the complex is the staff at the facility. During our friends softball tournament the director began screaming at our teams coach in front of the kids. It was outrageous. No respect was shown at all and the director was completely out of line. The director refused to let our team warm up for more than 10 minutes. He ended up kicking our coach and 2 others out of the field. Would not recommend having a game here just for that aspect. No adult should be screaming at another adult with small...

Very rude worker. You don't just come up and grab both full bottles of pop and say we don't sell this size Im going to throw them away. They should have been professional about it and say sir we doubt sell those here can you please just take them out to your car. Not just grab them and say Im going to throw them away.
