Lily pond-mill Creek Park-Youngstown Ohio Just a quick overview it’s better in person ! It has a nice trail around the pond! The pond is over acre in size and stocked with tons of turtles, frogs, and several types of fishes! Many harmless, dragonflies, and other wildlife as well! There are several trails around the circumference of the Lily Pond! The steep embankment is one of my favorites that leads off deeper into the woods at the end of the lily pond! A true oasis of life in the life cycle in general! A great educational purpose for children as well as adults! Or if you just wanna enjoy the scenery, this is another great attribute. That is also apart of Millcreek Park historical outlets! FREE...

The amount of turtles in the pond is inexplicable. I love it here. The “track” around the pond is fairly small but I will walk that loop for hours happily. There’s a small trail that leads off to one of the roads you can hike. The hill side drop offs on those trails are not really “littles” friendly. I even used to come here occasionally on my lunch breaks and eat in the lot. It’s just a relaxing place to be, and again the rest of mill creek park is just...
