Terrible experience at Miner Family Winery yesterday. Our party was greeted by a young lady. I was in awe of a beautifully encased Benedetto guitar which she graciously gave some history. As a guitarist myself with more than a few gold records as well as a song written for one of the greatest jazz guitarist George Benson, I appreciated the history, but that's where the graciousness stopped. After getting a free sample of the Sauv Blanc, two of us in our party told her wanted to buy two taste. That's the last stop she made to our table after passing at least four times. So we took our friends to a winery where we are members, that treated them great and recommend another winery which treated us all to a great experience as well. I would never recommend a visit to Miner Winery to anyone after that treatment. There are too many wineries in the Napa Valley that will show their appreciation of your visit. #minerwines #minerwinery #wishicouldhavetastedthatwine #unappreciated #badcustomerservice #napavalley #napavalleywine #napavalleywinelife...
Read moreGosh. This one is hard. I think the wines were good so definitely worth a visit but the service was really bad. My husband and I have been coming out to Napa for 10+ years and I think this might be the most insulted we have been. The lady that was not the server was so sweet and attentive, I can not say enough good things about her. However, our actual server was so focused on one couple that she failed to give any attention to the two other couples that she was supposed to be serving. The funny thing is my husband and I liked a lot of the wines and would have bought a few bottles but she was focused on a couple that was going to fraudulently buy the wine on his company credit card. Small space, heard a lot.
I like the wines. Hate that you ruined my last tasting experience for my trip.
If you decide to go here, I hope you have a better...
Read moreI recently visited Miner Family Winery and had the pleasure of being guided by the knowledgeable and friendly Shelby. The warm welcome from the entire team, coupled with a refreshing splash of Viognier, set the tone for an enjoyable visit.
Shelby took us on a comprehensive tour of the winery, leading us to a beautifully decorated cave for our tasting session. The ambiance added a special touch to the experience. We had the opportunity to sample five wines, each one proving to be delicious in its own right.
Personally, the Pinot and Merlot stood out as my favorites. The attention to detail, from the ambiance to the quality of wines, made our visit to Miner Family Winery truly memorable. I highly recommend it for both wine enthusiasts and those looking for a delightful...
