I'm not sure where the "summit" is, but it took me about 20 minutes to hike about a mile which is where the "trail" disappeared and everything flattened out. I spent a while wandering around, probably off trail, trying to see the sculpture and figure out if there was more trail. It was around sunset so I didn't hike to the top of the highest hill that was in the local area. I was the only person in the area so I saw a lot of birds and some interesting Flora. I don't think that the area was interesting enough that I'd go out of my way for it, or do it if you're not a somewhat experienced hiker since the trail is almost non existent.
