The Cardinal Room — Attraction in Zionsville

We had our wedding at The Cardinal Room in July and I could not be happier with how our special day turned out! The venue is beautiful for both the ceremony and reception. There is an option for a full outdoor wedding or on the covered deck where we had ours! The covered deck was perfect for a day with a chance of rain. It kept the guest dry and cool with ceiling fans and shaded from the sun. The reception hall indoors is the perfect size for a 150-200 person wedding. Bright sunlight is let in with the abundance of windows and shades that allow you to keep it out when dancing begins. The staff was wonderful to us all night! Joe was our first impression of the venue. He was so professional and open to all of our questions. He allowed us to call, text, or email at any time. Quick responses and willing to work with all of our requests. Joe made us feel important and personalized everything for our day! Aubrey was our day of coordinator, which was included with the venue! She was so sweet and accommodated all of our needs day of and leading up to the wedding. I felt comfortable leaving day of decisions up to her, knowing the day would still be perfect. I truly can't express my appreciation for this staff enough. The staff at The Cardinal Room went above and beyond to ensure our vision for the wedding. They exceeded all expectations we had and the venue is simply gorgeous. Bo, the General Manager, was an absolute pleasure to work with. From the first day we viewed this venue, my husband and I knew we would hit it off with him-- and we did. He was always available to answer questions or give suggestions and was with us every step of the way! Amanda and Joe were on top of it before and after our wedding and knew exactly what needed to get done and made it happen. Not only is the staff at here outstanding, but the venue itself is breathtaking. Before the wedding the men were able to get dressed and have a drink at the new golf training facility on the property and the ladies got ready in the bridal suite, which was recently renovated. Both spaces were perfect and spacious enough for our very large bridal party! We had our ceremony outside on the covered pavilion at the beginning of June. It was everything we had pictured and more! We chose The Cardinal Room as the venue for our May wedding. We had about 100 total guests plus vendors, which was perfect. Bo, Joe, Jen, and Audrey all made us feel so special leading up to and on our wedding day. They were on top of every detail! We liked that there was a cool space for the groom and groomsmen to get ready in the morning (the golf academy, complete with indoor driving range bays)....it seems like this is often overlooked by other venues. The ladies got ready in the newly-renovated Bridal Suite, which is upstairs in the clubhouse and was perfect for our group of 6 to get hair and makeup professionally done. The Cardinal Room itself has a wrap-around deck, most of which is covered which meant we could have an outdoor ceremony regardless of the weather. Everything we asked of the venue staff, they agreed to. They even handled details we hadn’t even considered! The only thing we feel that they could improve was the clarity of their contract and pricing. We had a couple of rounds of questions before we fully understood all of the details, as compared to other venue’s quotes.
