I have visited this place in winter. It is the biggest and only zoo in Fergana. The place has been created recently. It took around an hour to see whole zoo. I felt sorry for most animals as most of them were kept outside despite of cold weather and rain. Hynas, wolf and fox were shaking because of cold weather and rain while tigers and lions were so skinny and looked very poor. However, some animals inside the building...
