This is a fantastic spot to visit for a snorkeling or diving trip. Just yead right off the point and you'll find coral covered wreckage right away. Lots of fish and the water is warm. The beach is covered in loads of coral and broken glass so shoes are a very good idea. Toilets are available but be ready and don't forget to bring toilet paper. The bar was great. We went snorkeling. The ship wreck/s there are incredible. There are so many fish inhabitants and the coral is stunning.
It is quite a sudden change in depth as the drop off is very sudden.
You have to swim through the murky part of the water and sand (where the shells mainly are) to then enjoy the clear waters.
We spent 30 minutes there and it was enough. An hour would’ve been too long as there’s not a lot of shade or places to sit.

Read more2018 - the fee to swim was sort of funny. doesn't seem like most people pay it and the staff were surprised when we found them to pay. We didn't dive and regret it haha. If you don't scuba dive there is still a LOT you can see. majority of the stuff seems to be buried under coral now but there are still tons of trucks things laying around.
