10/10 incredible viewpoint!
The pass is a 40 minute drive from Bao Lac, and the road can be a bit tricky since there are many pebbles and small rocks on the road. Also, there is some construction on the road.
The viewpoint itself is free, but you have to pay 10.000 dong to park your motorbike at the little stall at the top of the pass. If you cross the road, there’s a small path of red sand which will lead you to the viewpoint. Just follow the red painted arrows and you will arrive in 20-30 minutes. The path is quite rocky, so keep that in mind when starting the hike.
Viewpoint itself is soooo good! You can see all 14 curves and take nice pictures. There are two little girls selling...

To reach the view you’ve seen in pictures, head to the entrance opposite the car park, stone steps will lead you on a mostly flat 20–30 minute walk before the final climb to the top. Near the climb, there’s a friendly guy selling water and other drinks, perfect for a quick refresh before tackling the final ascent. Some cool goats along...

And then suddenly, I reached the starting ascend up to the Khau Coc Cha Pass. The 14 switchbacks are chiselled into the almost vertical cliff, and that's when the ride is getting insanely hair rising until you reach the top. As of today, the 4th of February 2025, the road is in almost perfect condition, although I don't recommend riding it on a rainy day, as landslides can happen...
