This is the first time I came to Vietnam with my wife. We arrived in the city of Da Nang. At first we were in a hotel, but then we decided to rent an apartment. We were just walking down the street and saw the Samata Apartment. We decided to go in and ask the cost of rent for a month. A guy met us and showed us the available options. We said that there is no money, we need to exchange it and we will return. As a result, we were given the best apartments in the city, new, beautiful and clean. One floor above there is a swimming pool with a beautiful view of the city and the sea. My wife and I were delighted. I would especially like to highlight the owner of the apartment complex. We arrived on a rented bike in another place, our wheel broke. And this guy helped us with our problem, he looked at what was wrong with the bike and called a specialist who repaired the wheel for us. It was a concern on his part. I can write for a long time about our experience at Samatha, but I will say for sure that my wife and I remain satisfied with the service, repair and location. From what I've seen in Google Maps when looking for bicycles and motorbikes, this is one of the few shops that offers bicycles in Danang, and it is one if not the most reasonably priced for both bicycles and motorcycles.

The staff here are responsive and easy to communicate with in English via Whatsapp. They will provide you all the needed information, pictures models prices and all, in an organized and professional manner. Also, they are one of the few shops that are open quite late, 10PM. And they seem to really care about the customers.

I didn't get his name, but the guy receptionist at night even provided me with ample gasoline as gasoline shops closes at 10PM. I was able to take home the scooter, ready for tomorrow's excursion. Mind you my hostel is around 3km away, so I needed enough gasoline.

I rented a scooter for a couple of days living ID as deposit then I return the scooter safely to find out ID card was lost took the reception and the guy with tattoo about 20 minutes to find ID card and the guy full of tattoos turned very aggressive trying to turn the table around saying we did not leave ID now how exactly would we take scooter if we didn't leave ID card as a deposit very unprofessional and not organized and plus when we came first they could not find scooter keys he had to organize a new set keys because he lost the key that should have been a warning sign of disorganized place redicoulas .
