Went on Friday 10 January and we were told (before entering) that there would be only 1 show on for the whole day. Other shows only on weekends days…… This was ok for us and we chose to still pay the full entry fee as technically there’s more to do inside anyways. Then we had some cut fruit in the bag which was confiscated upon entry (no food allowed inside because of the zoo, but then they sell food inside? Like what’s stoping people from feeling the animals food bought inside?). I have 2 growing boys and I’m pregnant, we all need constant snacking, not just eat ice cream and pop corn all day. I wasn’t going to give my fruit to the animals anyways!!! My youngest is 129 cm tall and has done many rides in the Gold Coast Movie World and Wet and Wild - a year ago.. but in this park he was not allow any rides except for the little kids one which weren’t thrilling enough for him. He wasn’t even interested in those rides. With his sneakers on he was literally above 130 cm but they still say no because he was wearing shoes and they said ‘not tall enough’. He was very disappointed but there was no flexibility whatsoever from the staff (understandably, those are their policies). We tried to explain to him that it’s for safety and those are their rules and we must follow them, but deep inside we agree with him that the height restrictions were quite ridiculous and some not really appropriate for the type of rides. My eldest is 10 and only 135 cm tall, he could only do 5/10 water slides, the same ones that my 6 years old could do, again, not thrilling enough. Spent a lot of $$$ for them to walk around and be bored. I’m pregnant and could not do any rides or water slides, not even a ferry’s wheel in the Nha Trang WindWonders, but I still have to pay full entry. They should have a discounted disabled / pregnant tickets if they have an elderly tickets available. The kids loved painting masks at the folk village and that’s about it. Lovely staff at the folk village. We much preferred WinWonders in Nha Trang, for the same price there were more rides for the kids to do and better views for me to look at since that’s all I could do being pregnant. Also they checked our bags but didn’t take our food in Nha Trang after we explained we need constant snacking in this family… The 4 stars are an overall review due to the restrictions but I give 5 stars to the staff inside and for helping once we reported the issues with the height restrictions a lovely lady from costumer service Hanh came with us to the rides and measured our son height and she said it was ok for him to go on some of them, which was really appreciated and made our son day!!! The happy look on his face!!! I have given an honest feedback to Hanh and asked for the park to review their current height restrictions on the rides or at least have the price reduced for children below 140 cm as there isn’t much for them to do if they aren’t above 130 cm. I hope they will listen to my feedback and make the experience better for future families that will come to this park. The safari zoo was...

Read moreThe river cruise was great, and our children loved feeding the elephants and giraffes. The indoor playground is nice and caters for different age groups. However that's pretty much all you can do with small kids, so in total 1 - 2 hours inside is enough (hence 2 stars given). We came with 2 kids (4.5 yo and 2.5 yo), and we waited for 2 hours indoors after lunch until it gets less sunny so we can go to the kids ride as they're not covered and it was very hot. To our surprise, the height restrictions at the small kids section were ridiculous, particularly for Asian kids who are generally of a lower height. As an example, the elephant ride does not allow for children under 100cm at all (and my 4.5 yo is not of that height yet, but some of her friends have reached this height 1 - 2 years ago). Though my daughter understands all instructions, she was not allowed to enter, even accompanied. She was initially allowed to enter the carousel twice, but for the third time, the same staff member insisted on measuring her again which seemed obsessive. The park is empty, so he would have been aware that she was on it already. My 2.5 yr who is 88cm was not allowed on any single ride. Appended is a photo for a bee ride which requires 90cm plus, where only my elder daughter was allowed to get on (c. 92cm), while the staff member just let my 2.5 yo boy (88cm) stand there and stare, though there was no one else in that entire area. We frequently visit various theme parks and have never seen such strict height restrictions. As an example, all Disneyland or Ocean park (in HK) do not have any height restrictions provided the parent accompanies the kid. But here, even though the kid would be accompanied, everything is restricted, and staff are obsessive about measuring to the precise centimeter. Yes they kept pointing to the height board but at some point management also consider the logic behind these requirements as carousel etc is for small kids, not...
