Phenomenal course and greens design - best of the 4 courses we played in Vietnam. Caddies were also superb - quite knowledgeable and helpful.

Unfortunately, management has failed to invest in the upkeep of the course. Fairways are riddled with large swaths of thick weeds and greens are grainy and bumpy. Further, the rental clubs were pathetic compared to other clubs visited. You were unable to take a full swing because the grips were so slick the club slipped in your hands when taking a full swing. For me, this is the best course I've played in and around Saigon.

The layout is so much fun and really makes you question what to hit off the tee. The trees are old and add to the atmosphere, and the backdrop is picturesque.

The fairways were in great condition and my caddy was a star.

What were the low points? Well, course C had greens that were almost unplayable. I was shocked that they allowed us to play on them and had the cheek to charge full price.

Overall course provided challenge especially those PAR 5 hole. But must say the course do need bit of upkeeping. However, what killed my golfing experience was at the end of game the 5 caddies of both flights "demanded" a minimum of 500K Dong for tips & reject to take my offer of 300k which I thought was a reasonable tips.
