This place is out of this world : a unique and what we call "gorsko oko" or a mountain eye is around 10km away from Žabljak. A wonderful place just to ease your mind and swim during hot summer day. As a tip i would recommend to hike up that small hill and sit on it for the best view of the lakes (more further is the Fish lake, which i will be commenting next) Overall, if you like peaceful place and want to see something different than Black lake, this place is just for you. And you dont pay ticket to visit this lake. Enjoy!

Vrazje lake is located 9 km from Zabljak. At an altitude of 1411 m, 10.6 m deep, wide open to the sun, the lake can be easily accessed from several sides. Next to the lake there is a rapid from which a beautiful view extends and encompasses the entire lake. The color of the lake is amazing, especially when the sun warms it.

I almost dont want to share about thisplace because it is perfect as it is. And it should not be touristicaly exploited. It is pure heaven on earth for every one who know what they need. It is not for every one, though only for those who enjoy intact nature without human interference. For me it is heaven on earth.

Vrazje (Devil’s) lake looks almost unreal, especially in spring and summer. Vast green fields surround the lake, which has a distinct dark blue colour in the middle and light blue around as well as green shades. This especially comes to the fore when watched from the hills that are around.

Easy access by car, the view of the lake and the mountains nearby is breathtaking. We visited the lake on a sunny day in May, probably in summer the lake isn't so impressive, and if the weather isn't sunny, the blue colours may not be so bright. We were lucky, it's a unique sight indeed!
