Parque Zoológico de Irapuato — Attraction in Guanajuato

A nice peaceful zoo with exotic animals. They have 🐪🐪 camels, 🐯 tigers, 🐻🐻 bears, 🦛🦛 hippos, and even a hyena. My favorite was the white tiger. They have a little train ride too. Only 5 minutes but nice. You can buy stuff to feed some of the animals too. They sell food or you can bring your own food and have a picnic. Lots of grassy areas to sit and lots of play areas for the kids. The bird aviary is nice and the white 🦚🦚🦚🦚 peacocks are gorgeous!

I really enjoyed my visit! The park is not huge, but it is still surprisingly big. The staff are well informed, and really care about the animals - most of which are rescues. The Zoo definitely needs more work done to it to make it a bit more "user friendly," but I think that is mostly due to a lack of money/visitors. Definitely come visit this Zoo! It's very cheap, and an enjoyable way to spend a good 3 or 4 hours!

El lugar tiene cosas buenas y malas. Es triste ver a algunos animales en lugares tan pequeños como el pobre mapache o el lemur. Al igual que las aves están en jaulas muy pequeñas y se les nota el estrés al estar de un lado a otro en un estado ya perdidos. Otros animales tienen un poco más de espacio como los osos. Esperemos que con una mejor asistencia del público puedan invertir en mejorar los espacios para las pequeñas especies. La zona de comida puede mejorar mucho si brindan una mejor...
