This is a must visit if you are going to livingtone. You interact with elephants, walk with lions and cheetahs and see all tge other animals they have. They offer a pickup and drop off from any lodge or hotel in Livingstone. The guides are very informative and friendly. From the moment you arrive they keep you busy why they get your activities ready. My favourite part of this experience was feeding the elephants. As you drive to mukuni big 5 there is a spot on the way where you can see the smoke from the victoria falls very clearly. Some of the big 5 aren't here. The leopard for example, the guide told us that is because they love to hang around in trees so it might pose a safety hazard. The buffalo amd rhino were missing and that is becaise they carry foot disease amd since the safari is a small location, they dont keep them here to avoid contamination to...
Read moreThey really don’t explain how much of a group activity this is. I went for a lion walk with my husband and we were told to come around 14:30 which we did. And I we only started the activity an hour or so later. So many other people joining us. Now we walk in a huge group and we get to the lions. The lions were almost half asleep the whole time- they had to throw things and make certain movements to try get them to open their eyes. I swear it seemed like the lions were sedated or something because they had little to no energy. I know lions are lazy by nature but there is something suspicious there. We walked and the “walk” with the lions was approximately 3min if not less just to take pictures and videos. It’s not really a real lion walk. Not worth the money you spend and don’t even bother hiring the camera guy. The pictures are horrible. So...
Read moreWe visited in August 2022 and this place is a must do experience. We arrived and was greeted with a drink and we signed a few forms then our guide explained all the safety rules and off we went to meet the lionesses. There was at least 5 guides with our group of 3 and another group of 2 and the guides talk you through how to approach the lions and how to pat them really hard, they take amazing pictures and videos for you on your phone and they interact with the lions which makes you feel at ease and also makes you laugh. These animals are well looked after and cared for and the team of guides and all staff do an amazing job looking after them. I would 100% recommend this to everyone who visits this part of Africa. Thank you for the once in a lifetime experience and a lifetime...
