Its a Game Park in the literal sense, the stocks are good. Lots of wildbeests, zebras, impalas, elands and lots of birds. The water levels in the Dam are good this season, for those who love canoeing, Haka is a good spot. The roads are also navigable, low clearance vehicles(some) can actually go the park comfortably.
The Braai areas area also well mentained and up to standard, so are the hides and picnic sites.
Kudos to the management and stuff at Haka for a job welldone....
Read moreAwful experience. Checked on Google if you needed to have a car and many people said you could walk around the park. So the taxi dropped us off at the entrance point. This was not really the case. It’s a 4km walk from the entrance to the water. The entrance fee is a highway robbery of $20 USD for two people. The park rangers were rude there was litter everywhere around the picnic area. It’s unclear what use those entrance fees are used for....
