The Eastern Highlands are beautiful to explore. We found Nyanga NP to be more difficult to visit. Notable sites (waterfall, viewpoints, fort) are spread out on fairly rough roads. We drove 16 km (45 mins) to the main waterfall site to be told it was $30 for two of us to enter, $10 each plus $10 for our vehicle (and you have to pay for your car, cannot walk in). Since we travel on a budget and choose carefully which attractions we pay for we did not go in. The general area had active loggging/forestry going on so it did not seem like a nature experience. We were also told that hiking in the main area of the park required a paid guide. Overall seemed an expensive NP for what was being offered.. The area is beautiful and we were able to walk and drive outside the park and enjoy the...

This one of the most beautiful places in Zimbabwe. The undulating mountain scapes and the clouds perrenially overhanging them are a spectacle to behold. The National Park has diverse places of interest to visit: hatchery, waterfalls, mountains capes and natural pools. Although l had a small sports car, l was able to navigate relatively easily different parts of the park which were in a dusty road. It's best to carry ones own food to the park because the tuckshop doesnt anything more than...

Great park to spend some days. There are campsite places where one can pitch his/her own tent, although moving around there in public transport is pretty difficult. The campsite at Mtarazi Falls has very few facilities, so I advice to bring everything you can if you plan to spend more than one night. Anyway, the visit is very worth it! Great views of the falls and plenty of nature everywhere!

Great for nature lovers.Breath taking views especially when you are hiking in the Nyangani Mountains.I had a lifetime experience as I walked above the falls at Mutarazi. I conquered my fears as I did the Skywalk, the Far And Wide team is amazing, they have great tour guides and well as the National Parks .Our tour guide Takue was patient with us whilst we were climbing up Nyangani Mountain.

I enjoyed the activities at Nyangani National Park. Hiking was the most interesting of all. I reached the mountain top🥰 even though it was tiresome. There are 5 stages of hiking. Stage 2 and 4 have got spring waters that are so cool😋. Stage 3 to 4 is the most tiresome and the steepest at relatively and slightly +/- 50° of the slope. A great adventure everyone needs to be part of❤️.
