I was there for the night over the weekend and the service was slow and took away from their nice front yard... I stayed in a single room with a broken toilet seat. The service from the kitchen was slow as well as asking for basic things seemed like a mammoth task for them. The staff is friendly but lacks training and I think they have very few resources to make their work easier.. We placed an order for food a little after 7pm and had to go and pick it up at 9pm after being informed it would be delivered to us and never was . The next day a similar situation happened at the braii point where we requested to have a fire started at 11 but had to start it by ourselves at 1pm and food ordered at 1pm had to be followed up by us again after being told someone would bring it at 3pm only to have the girl ask us at 4.20pm if we had our food or should she go and check on it🙄.

The picture is of breakfast: scrambled eggs, under done sausage, had to use a fork to stir my coffee as there were no spoons and oh yes cutlery was delivered 20 min after an already cold breakfast was brought to the table.
I would highly recommend not staying the night at this place and rather going for day time activities. Do go well equipped;if you like sadza as you braii be sure to bring your own mealie meal and pot, this will save you from time wasted but their sloth...

Another family also complained about inconsistent pricing — they ordered chicken listed at $10 but were charged $15 when the food arrived.
The staff are unorganized, and the overall experience felt chaotic. It's a shame because the location...
