The worst experience we've ever had. Doesn't even deserve 1 star!
We have stayed at many hotels throughout Albania and other places, and this one is by far the worst one. The owner was also very rude.
The rooms were not clean, bed sheets were dirty, there was only 1 A/C in the living room, the entire apartment was very hot in all the rooms except for the living room where there was the A/C. The internet connection did not work in 70% of the apartment. Rooms were very old, don't be fooled by how it looks outside. The living room and 1 bedroom had no internet, only place it would work was in the corridor next to the door to leave the room. We complained at the reception and the owner came and started screaming saying it's the best hotel in Albania and overall being very rude. Clearly he was very delusional. Instead of taking the advice from us clients, and improving on what was wrong, he took it as if we attacked him and got very angry.
The pool of the resort was also not included in the price, it was 10EUR per person. There's plenty of better pool resorts throughout the world that are cheaper or the same price. They would also only give 1 sunbed for 5 people, how is that supposed to accomodate 5 people? They said its rules of hotel. Haha very funny. 70% of their sunbeds were empty anyways. This is how they treat their clients for a 10EUR sunbed and give them a bad impression of the hotel. Their only goal is to milk the tourist as much as possible.
I hope the hotel takes this review as something to improve on, not something to be salty about and start insulting...

MASSIVE DISAPPOINTMENT.
Went for a relaxing family vacation, and ended up with the most unpleasant experience of our lifetime. It is very saddening to see the beautiful Albanian riviera amount close to nothing due to the absolutely terrible hospitality of such resorts. Rude, uneducated and ignorant staff. Was sent to a totally different accommodation, which fulfilled none of the requests that we were promised and paid for. On top of everything, the rooms were NOT cleaned, and we found them exactly how the previous guests apparently left them.
It is the second time I encounter the same issue with Inheritor Resort, although the first time I was nice enough to spare them a negative review. Went back in good faith that I might get a better experience, but it was very stupid of me to assume so.
Instead of making mine and other people's mistake (as you might view in the experiences of other guests in the review sections), you can enjoy the same beach at multiple next door resorts that employ adequate staff and give you at least the minimal services that...

If I could give ZERO STARS I would. We paid €780 for 4 days. Fires broke out in the area which cut our vacation short 2 whole days. They will not give money back to us! Even people who had just arrived did not get their money back. I will also say during our only 2 day stay we moved rooms 3 times due to problems like bugs, bathroom smell, refrigerator not working, ac not working. This resort was way too expensive for what it was. I would not even pay €50 at this resort…it’s not even worth that. Not to mention when fires broke and people in surrounding areas were told to evacuate the hotel staff never once told us to. They started leaving for themselves and had no concern for customer safety in such a scary time. THE WORST RESORT EVER. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO MY WORST ENEMY!
