Mimosa Palace — Hotel in Annaba

The sheets were stained and had hair on them. The carpet is filthy. It should be replaced as soon as possible. The AC didn't have a remote and when I asked them to bring me one at the reception they just ignored me. The toilet was broken in my room. They provided towels only the first day and they were taking them without replacing them on the next days. The cleaning crew cleaned the bathroom well. They did an excellent job. The light fixture was broken and kept hitting the closet door. I was scared each time I opened it. Speaking of the closet, it was dssigned for a giant I think. It had a hanger but they didn't provide hangers and the shelves were way high. I think this hotel needs serious renovations. The hotel is in great place but looks since its 1st construction no renewel was performed neither in rooms neither eat places, the style is become old for a 4 stars hotel, BF is not at high level service and food provided. It should audit and revise the quality overall, some pictures hanged in wall taken with high famous people but looks very old, not sure any of them will visit again this hotel. They need complete renovation from rooms to services halls adding more services missed : geem, shops, coffe area, sauna,... Also the prices are classified for real 4 stars hotel. From my experience the room given has many issues on bath, insects walk around, drawers are broken, small lights are off, TV dosnt have children channels, no internet,...
