La Gazelle d'Or Resort & Spa — Hotel in El Oued

The best and most authentic not Hotel but touristic structure in Algeria. The complex is massive over over 50 acres of land, palms, dunes and oasis. The swimming pool, SPA, and Jacuzzi are large and the service is of high posture. Extremely clean and clam. The Hotel is a piece of Art design, the Villas and the tents are in the middle of the palms. You can have a full stay with various activities without the need to leave the hotel. The Camel and hose rides are within the domain and same for the bicycles and the quads. The hotels also includes of Natural zoo where Fennecs and Gazelles are free. What impressed me is the dates falling off the palms and that could be eaten. The domain also include and agricultural domain called Daouia where organic fruits and vegetables are freshly produced and served in the restaurants. The building and the management follows an eco friendly approach as bicycles and electric cars are used within the domain which made it recognised by the UNESCO . The CEO Mr Atriche is very professional, humble and very friendly does not hesitate to come down and make sure that clients and staff are happy. Was impressed by this true Gentleman.

I was very disappointed the amount of money I paid then you get very poor service the team communication very poor they had different information the restaurant staff are good helpful the place was beautiful air condition not working blowing hot air also I ordered sandwich from the swarming pool they made it after a complain over an hour either then that I won’t come back again afraid the bus to airport unorganised I am been giving 2 times 6 am and 6:30 am I am hoping to train your staff on higher standard as you do have a good place need to improve your service will...

Excellent staff in la coupoule a specially the restaurant:Yanis,Rabah,Abdullah and Ana's. The excursion was an amazing!special thank you to the tea man he was very polite and helpful. I had a good chat with the new manager who spoke very good english,and I suggested the things that went wrong when making the booking from London. He promised will do his best to make them better and will facilitate the service to be accurate.
