I recently visited Roussika Park Village in Skikda, located in the beautiful coastal area of Filfila. The village itself has a pleasant atmosphere and offers facilities that are generally good, especially for families. The swimming pools and recreational areas are quite enjoyable and make the stay comfortable for those who are mainly looking for relaxation and family-oriented activities. However, despite these positive aspects, there are some issues that need to be highlighted. First, the prices are noticeably high compared to the overall level of service provided, which makes the experience feel less valuable. Another major concern is the lack of proper maintenance. When problems or technical issues arise, the response time from the staff is very slow, and sometimes repairs are delayed or not handled efficiently. This creates frustration for the guests who expect a quicker reaction in such a touristic setting. Additionally, the dining experience was disappointing. The food offered was below expectations in both quality and variety, which is a crucial factor for a tourist village that aims to attract families and visitors from different places. Overall, Roussika Park Village has good potential thanks to its location and facilities, but it definitely needs improvement in terms of pricing policy, maintenance responsiveness, and especially the quality of food if it wants to truly meet the standards of a satisfying holiday destination.

⭐ Note finale : 3 étoiles Pourquoi ?

I absolutely loved it You'd call it a complete hotel which has almost everything you need The rooms? amazing, clean, they got all the necessities and the workers check it everyday and clean it passionately Each block got its own swimming pool and elevator which is good... The restaurant buffet is good and clean and diverse and got complete meals the place big and there are chairs for everyone The theater always brings amazing artists at night and i enjoyed all of those nights the beach is kind of far but there is a train which comes often and can take u there and to the aquapark. What an amazing place the prices are kind of too much but since we're in Algeria i think it's worth it thank you rusica park!!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this trip was such a frustrating experience that I feel obligated to warn others.

Check-in Disaster: Our check-in was supposed to be at 3 PM, but we didn’t get into a room until 6 PM. The delay was because the guests in our assigned room didn’t check out on time, and instead of managing the situation, the staff kept us waiting for hours. Eventually, we were given a replacement apartment that lacked many of the facilities we had paid for. No apology, no compensation — nothing.

Poor Hygiene and Housekeeping: The first room we got wasn’t cleaned properly. Only the next day did we get fresh towels, but even that was a headache. The cleaner claimed she didn’t clean our room because we “weren’t there,” which is absurd. Apparently, you have to supervise housekeeping here if you want the work done.

Unprofessional Security: As a young guest, I was repeatedly stopped by a security guard to “check my bracelet,” while others around me without bracelets were ignored. It felt discriminatory. One night, we returned from a walk and were refused entry at the nearest gate — at midnight — and were forced to walk nearly 3 km to another entrance. It was late, dark, and unsafe, but they didn’t care.

Overpriced, Poor-Quality Dining: While the buffet food was decent, the restaurants on the property were a nightmare. Prices were nearly triple what they should be, food arrived cold, service was painfully slow, and quality was terrible.

Noise and Lack of Respect for Guests: Entertainment in the theater continued well past midnight, with loud, non–family-friendly music blasting while guests were trying to sleep.

Terrible Guest Services: When it was time to leave, it took over an hour and a half for someone to collect our baggage despite multiple calls to reception. The phone at reception barely works, so you can’t rely on it for anything.

I really do not recommend this pricy...
