فندق القلعة — Hotel in M'sila

I stayed 2 nights (3 days) in this hotel during my business trip to M'sila city (my first time in this city). The building is huge but inside there is a lot of negative sides such as room are tiny and not modern. Also there is no hot water in the shower (we were there in coldy day (march)), the door of the bathroom can't be closed and the room not really clean. There is a television, Internet connection Wi-Fi (but I didn't use it so no idea if it's good or not)) and refrigerator inside the room. The bed was confortable and the area was calm. For the food it was delicious and we had the chance to test chakhchoukha. For the breakfast, the choices were limited but good. The waiters and other personnel were friendly and gentil with us. Anyway I am very sad to see such public hotel in such situation I wish one day will be renovated and also wish to see a great hotel...

Dirtiest and most disgusting place where I've ever been, I surely risked getting contaminated by something there. Linens have body hair, blood, and all other kind of organic dirt. The bathtub had mold, hair, and it was leaking. I complained, paid more for a superior room, but the nightmarish standards were the same. My advice: RUN AWAY...

Médiocre comme hôtel , contrairement a ce que est écrit sur le panneau de réception ,un accueil très mal , manque de professionnalisme , manque de qualité professionnelle , manque de qualité d'écoute , un hôtel ادي والا خلي très loin des hôtels classés ,un hôtel mérite vraiment un 00 , menu médiocre , serveur n'a pas le Profil de serveur aucun sourire ,Come si je suis chez lui a la maison et il veut pas d'invités,chambre vétuste, téléphone ne fonctionne pas , ascenseur ne fonctionne pas , sauf un seul agent gentil nouvellement installé , petit déjeuner vide ,à 8hoo ya plus de brioche ,un dortoir mieux que cet hôtel ,alors télévision 4 chaînes fonctionnent ,wifi ya pas dans les chambre .
