I stayed 2 nights (3 days) in this hotel during my business trip to M'sila city (my first time in this city). The building is huge but inside there is a lot of negative sides such as room are tiny and not modern. Also there is no hot water in the shower (we were there in coldy day (march)), the door of the bathroom can't be closed and the room not really clean. There is a television, Internet connection Wi-Fi (but I didn't use it so no idea if it's good or not)) and refrigerator inside the room. The bed was confortable and the area was calm. For the food it was delicious and we had the chance to test chakhchoukha. For the breakfast, the choices were limited but good. The waiters and other personnel were friendly and gentil with us. Anyway I am very sad to see such public hotel in such situation I wish one day will be renovated and also wish to see a great hotel...

The bathtub had mold, hair, and it was leaking. I complained, paid more for a superior room, but the nightmarish standards were the same. My advice: RUN AWAY...
