The girl at reception was wonderful and so accommodating! She had excellent communication and was so personable and kind! It really makes a great impression and everlasting one too to feel this from the hotel you’re staying at. The room was small but had a great view with a balcony! However, there a terrible smell at first but when I asked someone to check it out, they sent someone really fast! Great service!! The man that came to help us was also very nice and friendly!! Again, I am always thankful for excellent service because it can make or break your stay. He came, checked out the smell and said the cleaning staff forgot to take out the odour controlling tab or something but once he took it out, it was better, not great, but better!
The bed wasn’t that great though. It had some sort of plastic protector ontop of the mattress which was really uncomfortable and hot! We took it off and it was good. I mean, I don’t blame them for trying to protect the mattress but I’ve never slept on something like that before where I could physically feel it sticking to you even with a fitted sheet ontop and with the air con on.
The only other thing was at breakfast, there was a woman employee that was setting the service up but there were no serving utensils for the hot food. We asked her for some but she just pointed at a drawer that only had table utensils and told us to use that. She didn’t seem like she wanted to help and just seemed like she didn’t want to be there. That was not a good feeling because it felt strange digging around the restaurant drawers because it felt wrong. It felt like I was opening something I shouldn’t be. I saw that she did the same to other customers too - who also looked confused. One just left a small spoon for the eggs because he didn’t know what else to do. Either way, I don’t think she was doing her job and it just didn’t look like she wanted to be there. It’s unfortunate because everyone else who worked there were pretty great!
The 2 employees(reception and man that came to help us in our room), were superb and so friendly and just great all around! I appreciate that so much because it makes a huge difference! And those 2 made a lasting impression so it made me remember this experience as a great one! So thank...

The room was not big, the tap water not drinkable.. yellow. Three service is not quick I asked for an omelette in the breakfast they asked me to wait .. I forgot my key inside the room once in the reception to ask a second key , they asked me to wait, there were no one in the reception, no one who can open the rooms, for 30 mn.. he went to the airport leaving the Hotel with inly a guard without acceas to the rooms, in case of emergency It'll be catastrophic, And there are other little details that prevents this Hotel to go far in my opinion even that we feel good willing and efforts from...
Read moreI went here with family to have dinner on the rooftop. We arrived at 8:30pm and the view was very nice. However the food and service were absolutely horrible. Probably the worst I ever had. We didn’t get served water until 10:30 - 2 hours after we arrived and sat down, we had to keep reminding the server to get our drinks. Most of our food never came out and the food that did was very cold. The pizza was good but the tuna tartar looked like someone vomited on the plate. So much so that I asked the server to remove it from the table and which he kept responding with I can’t give you a refund….after an agonizing 3 hour wait we asked the server to cancel the rest of our orders and to give us the check and let us go. We ended up paying $200 for the worst food and left. I will never visit this...
