The hotel is clean and dinner was very good. Some staff members were polite and respectful, and I appreciate their effort 👏.

But there are two serious issues:

Lunch: When you book full board (breakfast, lunch, and dinner), the problem is not the price but the quality. Lunch is limited, restricted, and not comparable to dinner. It feels like a form of trickery, because guests do not receive the same value they pay for.

Private Beach: Although it is supposed to be a strong point, the management is weak. They allow disrespectful people to enter, which creates problems for families. A private beach should be well managed, with professional and respectful staff who add value to the guests’ stay.

The safe innthe room can be open by the maintenance guy with a key, I do not undestand why they call it safe i lost aboutv10000da, they know when you are not in the room. They never clean the floor but they were complsining about one small dirty towel located near the shower. Ther was no door therfore it it is hard to avoid splashing water place the hotel is close to the beach. For the price it does not reflec t the service. The tiny 3 miter squar stinky gym without any ventilation . At the breakfast i noticed chreded carrote and beets were there 5 days with the flyes around for this pricec160 $ canadian you would get almostv5 star hotel in tunisia.
