Paridiseos Resort Barra do Dande — Hotel in Bengo Province

Very bad customer service at this resort. We were not allowed to bring anything in to the rooms (water, snacks). Were told to pay for using sun beds at the beach - they told us it was bcs we got a discount on the rooms - we checked and found we paid full price! They also harassed us the following day when checking out, first they said we should be out at 12.00, then 11.30 the another employee came and wanted us out at 11.00 - we had to ask him to pls leave us alone. The resort is quite nice but if they don't understand how to treat customers they will loose guests big time - we were 20 friends renting in total 4 bungalows, 2 tents, 2 houses and one 4-person tent so all in all we came with a lot of business for 1 night! O pior é mesmo uma gerente, que desde nos ter tirado de uma casa com ac para uma tenda por erro dela, ainda no dia do checkout, em que queríamos aproveitar a praia até as 15h fomos forçados a sair com escolta da tenda as 12h e nem água para um banho nos deram... péssimo serviço e só aconselho pela paisagem. Comida aceitável, mas demora imenso a responder... preços incongruentes e reveladores de uma total falta de conhecimento de gerência de hotel. Preço com direito a jantar 50.000akz e preco sem jantar 35.000akz... os 15.000akz a mais para o jantar obrigam a um prato de peixe e outro de carne e uma bebida, sem direito a escolha na carta e um prato de lagosta são 7500akz por pessoa... que é o mais caro da carta... logo, se comer dois bifes pago 11.000akz e beber 5 cervejas pago o mesmo que o suposto bonus do jantar incluso no preço... e se não incluírem este estupido bônus, provavelmente vão vender mais lagostas e facturar mais e sem passar atestados de estupidez as pessoas. Os miúdos do serviço a mesa são simpáticos e acolhedores. Resumindo... péssima gerente, revejam preços e serviço. Tem tudo para ser um sítio...

No night time stuff, nothing at all. Staff was wonderful, food was great.|Should get a shuttle to take people to town, taking bus to town is fine but catching it back, your taking your life into your hands...
