Viana Hotel — Hotel in Luanda Province

rooms are simple, basic but OK. the hotel is very far from Luanda, several kilometers away from Agostino Neto airport (the new one). So four stars for the accommodation. The problem however is very unfriendly and rude receptionist staff who do not even provide you with enough soap: they want to charge you for every little thing extra, such as extra soap - the piece of soap they provide is so miniscule that it is just enough to wash hands but not the whole body. For this zero stars. The restaurant is basic, too. They do not not even have draught beer or bottled beer: just small beer cans...
