What you get here is something money cannot buy. A welcoming guest house in a central location with a great family atmosphere. The main house is beautiful and comfortable. You'll have breakfast there with the others guests and sometimes other family members. It's a great space to meet others working in the city. The bread is made on the premises every day and it's delicious. There's a lovely old living room and nice terrace out front.||||The rooms surround the main house, they are simple and comfortable and have everything you need. Wifi works great. The weather was lovely during my trip so I could hang out with a glass of wine on the balcony. Dinner is cooked from scratch and is delicious. The staff are amazing as is Grandma! I will definitely stay here again and would recommend to friends. ||||Please remember that this is a guest house and not a hotel! Don't come here thinking you will get a pillow-top mattress or fluffy towels. If you want that, go spend $600 / night for some fancy soulless...

This place is pretty centrally located in the big city, behind fences and with a round the clock staffing. The staff greeted friendly and a couple of elderly ladies seemed to be in charge of the place. The service provided throughout the stay was fine.||The room was OK but not much more. It would definitely need new paint, minor reparations and maybe a little bit fresher look to feel more worth the price. Also some hotel basics would be in place, for example placing new soap/shower gel items in the room as new guests arrive (currently there were half-used bottles of each..). Also hot water seemed impossible to get over a period of several days. Only cold or a little less cold water was available. The breakfast was simple with bread (+cheese/meat), fruits, juices, coffee/tea but nothing to make it stand out.||There are probably better places around for similar price level (highly relevant with regards to a double currency...
