MAYIM HOTEL TERMAL & SPA — Hotel in Concordia

We stayed here for one night and the room was clean and spacious, the pools as beautiful as described but the service was less than second rate. I unfortunately had a terrible accident, tearing my hamstring, leaving the pool and they called an ambulance and helped me to my room - there was nothing more they could do at the time, but my husband overheard that this wasn’t the first accident in that exact location. The reason was the lack of anti-slip material on the tiles leading to the hotel which meant that the surface was extremely slippery when wet. I have written to the hotel for assurance that they will correct this oversight but they haven’t answered even to acknowledge receipt. Very disappointing, added to poor service and unfriendly reception this is why I’ve given the hotel only a 1...

The rooms are spacious and clean and the pools beautiful but the service was less than second rate.|I had an accident leaving the pool area due to lack of anti-slip material on the tiles leading to the entrance from the outdoor pools. This is apparently not the first such happening here and although I have written asking for assurances that they will correct this, they have not responded.|Reception was unfriendly, and unhelpful, the restaurant overwhelmed and service not up to expectations. |I have waited for a reply from them before writing such a negative review but this is my true and honest opinion of the hotel....

Best hotel in Corcordia, no doubt. Modern and comfortable. It is outside town, so you will need a car or take taxis to move around. Very nicely appointed room, with good comfy beds and a good bathroom (only shower, no bathtub though). Nice garden (flowers, hummingbirds, etc) and two exterior pools (with warm water) and one internal. I only tried the pools outside. They are shallow and perfect for relaxing. Only drawback: poor breakfast....
