PROS: Not much. Two pools, but one of them is in an enclosed space with a lot of bugs and bad smell. There's a somewhat good service and a nice sunset view.
CONS: Location is only good if you're passing by Concordia because the hotel is a 15-20min drive from the center of the city. Most of the rooms that are on the street side are super loud because of the intense overnight truck traffic and the sound isolation of the windows is not good. In general, it's not worth the price for what it offers but it's still the best option in the region. We stayed two nights a week a part in two different types of rooms (both for the same price). The first one was fine, spacious with a comfortable bed, the second one was in the underground with a very uncomfortable bed in a smaller room. Both rooms had the look of an old hotel room, especially when looking at the bathroom. The second night we arrived at the hotel late at night just for a shower and some sleep but the room didn't have any bath towels and we had to use the face towel to shower because the staff took more than 30min to bring us new towels. During the first stay, we had breakfast which is less than ok. Very few healthy options, a lot of cakes and cookies traditional in Argentinian breakfasts. If you want scrambled eggs you have to pay separately around 1 USD (Is it cheap? Yes it is, but then why not include it in the breakfast?). What annoyed me the most was that on my first bite of a piece of cake, I smashed a piece of rock (yes, that's right, rock) and almost...

The same thing happened when we left, once again a member of staff standing by the exit door just watched us struggle.||||If a manager reads this he/she should consider giving reception staff some coaching in basic good manners.||||Our waitress could give them some guidance, she was excellent. Our evening meal was very good and she made the experience an...
