Chalet Los Troncos San Rafael Mendoza — Hotel in Mendoza

We stayed at Chalet Los Truncos in one of their 2 new cabins. They have air conditioning and a flat screen TV and also an in ground pool. Our cabin overlooked a field with horses and a foal would go under the fence and come over and visit with us every day. Patricia, the owner was very nice, spoke english and was very willing to please asking for suggestions on how she could make our stay better. The cabaña is beautiful, it has enough room for 5 people. Everything is nice and clean, excellent costumer service as well. PROs: Los dueños son muy amables y predispuestos todo lo que fue el contacto y la reserva fue muy ágil con Patricia . El paisaje es hermoso la cabañas rosa y verde cuentan con balcones para admirarlo, el complejo es muy tranquilo y silencioso, la presión del agua es muy buena y siempre se cuenta con agua caliente, la cabañas están muy bien equipadas y se cuidan mucho los detalles, la pileta es grande, el complejo esta muy próximo a lso principales atractivos de san rafael (valle grande,nihuil, artesanos), cada cabaña cuenta con su churrasquera CONTRAS: El tiempo que estuvimos no habia WIFI, las cabañas rosa y verde se encuentran muy próximas, la puerta del baño no cerraba muy bien, el camino interno para llegar a las cabañas estaba muy inundado y complicaba un poco el acceso.
