MD Inn Bed and Breakfast — Hotel in Monte Grande

Grosely overpriced for the miserable room we stayed in. They have the Tripadvisor logo displayed everywhere, but it must be a joke. |The hotel is located in a very dodgy and unsafe neighbourhood. You cannot venture outside the gates on foot.|The sheets looked crumpled like someone had already slept in them, the towels were grey with age and torn, the heating pannels looked unsafe and didn't heat the room anyway. The bathroom had no heating and a broken window, had mold everywhere and the shower worked only randomly at odd hours. |They overcharged us for a meal they cooked wearing their traksuit outfits. |The car they sent to pick us up from the airport was 45 min late and the trunk was full, no room for our luggage.|Breakfast was good and the reception area looks cosy, but I don't recommend...

The hotel is located close to Ezeiza aiport in a very unsafe neighbourhood. I know Argentina well and I can say, this is bad. The place is an old home, with no facilities. The toilet didn´t work. The windows faced the parking lot so you had all the lights coming in. The car they sent took nearly an hour at night, in freezing cold. The car had obviously had a crash recently as you could see the signs of the collision on the two left doors, a VW Bora. WiFi was spotty at best, with very poor bandwidth. I normally don't like leaving bad reviews, so the least I can do is start with the good stuff. The people that received us were nice and welcoming, they helped us with some paperwork we needed for the online check-in before our flight the next day, and I will also add that the free transportation they offer to/from the airport made it very tempting to book with them. However, their quality/price ratio labels this b&b as a tourist scam. The room is worth half the price they are asking for and food they cooked for us at dinner was also overpriced.
