Hotel el Dorado — Hotel in Municipio de Eldorado

We stopped in Eldorado for the night on our way from Iguazu to Posadas, it was a lovely surprise! It was a nice hotel with a huge pool and very friendly staff. We pretty much speak only english and there is one staff member there (that I know of) that came in just to speak with us and make sure that everything was ok and that we checked in alright (this was on a weekend and it was her day off so it was really appreciated). We only spent one night here and we regret only spending the one. The atmosphere was quite and relaxing and theres a nice view looking over the town. ||||There are stray cats everywhere though, I didn't mind because I am a cat lover but it is something to look out for if your not one. The cats didn't bother with us though, they seemed more skittish...

Me aloje un día completo. |Conozco este hotel desde el 1996 a la fecha. Soy cliente desde mucho tiempo. |El hotel tiene un potencial increíble no solo por su ubicación sino que siempre se destacó por el inmejorable trato de su gente.|La limpieza de habitaciones siempre fue de excelencia al igual que su cocina, a la cual recomiendo. |Los mozos siempre con una sonrisa, al igual que el personal de recepción.|Para mi lo que falla es el concesionario. |Solo miren la foto de lo que es el desayuno. Asi encontre lo que era mis posibilidades para desayunar. |Leche derramada. |Canastas vacías. |Les parece que esa vista es el saludo de "buen día" para el cliente? Todo antiestético y primario. |En una Provincia como Misiones ¿ Cuesta mucho poner una jarrita con jugo natural de fruta de estación?.|Es el hotel del Automovil Club Argentino. ¿Así cuidan la imagen institucional?.|En las habitaciones todo el techo con luces dicroicas. Ninguna anduvo. Solo una lámpara de bajo consumo expuesta. Mucha falta de mantemiento.|Mi opinión es que en Eldorado es el único hotel bueno en zona céntrica y poseen clientela cautiva.|Pero lo cierto es que la imagen del Automóvil Club como institución queda seriamente deteriorada.|Pongo tres puntos solo por su gente. Se merecen un reconocimiento porque se esfuerzan y mucho. Pero el concesionario se merece por parte del ACA un gran tirón de orejas y una rígida supervisión del servicio.|Ojala asi sea y lo obliguen a mejorar.|No vuelvo. |Me voy a otro hotel mas alejado pero con mejor gusto. |Lamentable como cliente desde hace...
